Born and raised in Staten Island, New York, Dovid Lowy made aliyah to Israel in 2010 and now lives in Ramat Beit Shemesh with his wife and children.
For nearly 15 years, Dovid has been writing, producing, and performing Jewish music that inspires, uplifts, and creates meaningful connection. As a singer, songwriter, and music producer, he has produced numerous albums, singles, and musical projects for artists and organizations around the world. Working from his recording studio in Ramat Beit Shemesh, he collaborates with clients to bring their musical vision to life—from intimate acoustic recordings to full-scale productions.
Dovid performs at weddings, kumzitzes, concerts, dinners, and special events throughout Israel and abroad. Whether it's just him with a guitar or a full band on stage, his goal remains the same: to create an atmosphere of warmth, authenticity, and inspiration. His soulful melodies and heartfelt lyrics invite audiences to connect more deeply—with each other, with themselves, and with Hashem.
Beyond music, Dovid received semicha through Lander College as well as the JK Kollel, under the guidance of Rav Yitzchak Berkovitz, and served for several years as a Rebbe at Aish HaTorah. He currently leads a vibrant morning Kollel for English-speaking working men at Rav Yaacov Haber's shul (KSY), continuing his lifelong commitment to Torah learning and teaching. These experiences continue to shape the message behind his music, giving his songs a depth that reflects both personal growth and timeless Torah values.
